Monitoring Services

Al Safwan Gulf Security Services are licensed to provide the following Monitoring Services:

  Initial learning & development

Program includes extensive preparation in the fundamentals of security, using classroom, audiovisual, and computer-based instruction.

  Work environment learning

Every Guard receives a minimum of four to eight hours of client-specific instruction prior to each assignment, as well as four on-site sessions with a manager or supervisor, every single month.

  Continual audiovisual learning resources

Videos are distributed to branch offices; many are site-specific, enabling continuous familiarization with client operations.

  Management and Supervisory Development

Al Safwan Gulf Security Services facility managers attend management and technology update courses at the Spark Training Center, focusing on the latest security issues and techniques as well as crisis management, leadership and skill development.
